Returns

You may return unused, unopened items, including the original packaging, within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Please note: Any costs associated with returning the product, including return shipping fees, are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.


Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will happily replace it with the same item.
